Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and
put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Shipping And Handling
We make a single charge of £4.95 for Postage
and Packaging within the UK mainland. You can save on your P&P by
ordering a number of items at the same time without incurring
additional delivery charges. Guarantee We guarantee your total satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned within 14 days of order for a full refund of the purchase price (except underwear). The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and include all original packaging materials. We are unable to refund damaged or used items. We are not accountable for minor colour differences or minor size variations on the site. This is not an Madhouse.co.uk error and will not result in a refund of the original or return shipping costs. We offer a 7 day cancellation period which starts the day after you recieve your products - return the items to us unopened and unworn and we will refund the cost of the items. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in instances of Madhouse.co.uk error. We will not accept liability for any items lost on their way back to us without proof of delivery.
