Our number one priority is to provide you
with a great mail order service.
Please contact us by e-mail we usually respond to e-mails the same day
(weekdays). In busy periods we may take 2 days to reply. If you need
something dealing with urgently please give us a call.
The most common complaint we get is regarding delays on back orders.
Whilst 99% of all orders are dispatched in full within a reasonable
period of time, there will always be the odd item that is unavailable
for an extended period. We are constantly in touch with our suppliers
and every effort is made to re stock as quickly as possible. Remember
we do not debit cards until goods are dispatched so you will never be
paying for goods you have not had.
