Delivery and postage

Delivery Times
Standard: For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 2 working days.

For orders placed on a Friday or at the weekend you will receive your order within 3 working days.

Express: For mainland UK, we aim to deliver in 24 hours, if your order is placed before noon (12pm), Monday to Thursday.

For orders placed on a Friday or at the weekend you will receive your order within 2 working days.

Should you order over a Bank Holiday period, please allow extra time for delivery.

Delivery Costs
Standard: There is a £3.95 charge for delivery.
Premium: There is a £4.95 charge for delivery.

This is one simple charge no matter how many items you order.

If you purchase from other zoom/arcadia brands at the same time, then you will still only be charged once for delivery, though this is only available on the standard delivery charge of £3.95. You will receive your items in separate parcels, one from each brand.
